It is essential that we work on our physical, mental and spiritual needs in order to achieve a healthy, balanced and harmonious life. Doing some yoga will help you achieve a more balanced life and improve your lifestyle long-term!

These classes are non-competitive, so if you’re less experienced, you can work within your abilities, or if you’re a little more experienced you have the opportunity to develop your skills!

This class will also include some time for one of the most important things we can do for our bodies, relaxation.

Build strength, increase energy and calm the mind with a series of stretches, postures and poses.


Hi, my name is Cami and I’m from Argentina.

Yoga has helped me to reconnect with my body, my mind and my soul. That’s why I want to share my practice with others, teaching, guiding and learning along the process. Because Yoga means union, and we all are one.

I invite you to find peace, relaxation and also vitality and strength. The classes don’t need any previous knowledge or experience and all levels are welcome!

Regarding yoga styles, introducing 3 different yoga type of classes: Yoga course with sessions available for individual bookings for each session.

1- Hatha Yoga (for beginners but all levels welcome!)

45 to 60 minutes class to release tension but also develop strength and balance. We take time getting in and out of poses, and hold each posture for some cycles of breath.

This class includes meditation and relaxation.

We recommend Hatha Yoga Class to beginners but all levels will benefit from it.

2- Hatha Yoga Dynamic (for intermediates but all levels welcome!)

45 to 60 minutes class where we ´flow´matching movement with breath. We focus on balance, strength, flexibility and body-mind coordination.

This class includes a few minutes of meditation and relaxation.

Hatha Yoga Dynamic is mostly for intermediates but also suitable for all levels.

3- Restorative Yoga

45 to 60 minutes class for a deeply nourishing stretch and release. Focuses on supported restorative yoga poses, meditation, pranayama (breathing techniques) and yoga nidra (deep relaxation). We hold each pose for a longer period of time than in the Hatha Classes, allowing the mind-body to really rest and refresh. This class is for all levels.

We do private events for the corporate events to unwind, additional cost for mat hire if required.
