As part of our alignment process, we host presentation days at our Home Office. Our resources, strategy, and assets will be on full display for you to validate on the front end during the critical due diligence phase. Wesley Taylor Art Studios is one of the most important and essential steps in your franchise journey. Upon approval of your completed Request for Consideration form, a member of our franchise team will contact you to schedule a visit to the Wesley Taylor Art Studios. During the tour you’ll meet our Home Office support team and tour my personal art gallery of paintings, training facility, and a corporate studio to gain a complete understanding of our business and our culture.

COST TO BUY A STUDIO FRANCHISE
The cost of a new store is $59,000
Includes documentation fee, marketing package, web package, operations training, excluding GST. FIT OUT COST (EST.)
$40,000 all prices exclude GST. This can vary depending on factors such as the location of the store, landlords’ site contributions, size of the premises, type of equipment and so on.
We require that prospective franchisees have approximately 40% of the total investment in cash and/or available equity, which for a new store.
Obtaining finance is the individual responsibility of prospective franchisees. are proudly accredited through all the major banks and also have fantastic relationships with partnered finance brokers. Should you require assistance regarding the financing of a store we will gladly put you in touch with a lending specialist to assist you further.
Initial deposit for Initial costs include a franchise fee of $10,000 + GST, document/legal preparation fees and the other costs associated with completing your own due diligence.
Full training is provided with the next installment of $20,000 + GST.
Balance of Franchise Fee is payable within 4 weeks of the contract date. The Franchise period is 5 years (Total of $59,000 works out to be $11,800 per year)
Ongoing Costs
Ongoing costs include a royalty fee of 12% of gross sales, paid every month and a each outlet contributes a maximum of 6% of sales towards national advertising.
